  • If the move was not ordered with packing, it is the customer's responsibility to be properly packed when the moving truck arrives.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct scope of the moving task when ordering a move.

  • Damage to contents of moving boxes that are packed by K2 Moving's own staff is covered by K2 Moving's insurance.

  • For our insurance to cover, moving boxes with a minimum of 7mm cardboard must be used.

  • Moving boxes that are packed by the customer themselves are covered by the customer's own contents insurance.

  • The insurance does not cover furniture, door frames, or windows that already have scratches or scuffs.

  • All furniture that has cabinet doors, drawers or similar must be secured/locked with tape/film or keys to be covered by the insurance.

  • K2 Moving Company is not responsible for items that break due to the nature of the items themselves, including the fact that they could not withstand the impacts that normally occur during the performance of a task.

  • K2 Moving is not liable for loss of or damage caused by handling, packing, loading, stowage, unloading and unpacking carried out by the customer or persons acting on behalf of the customer. K2 Moving is liable for compensation for loss of or damage caused by handling, packing, loading, stowage, unloading and unpacking carried out by the customer or persons acting on behalf of the customer. K2 Moving is liable for compensation for loss of or damage to the item. Affectionate value and other special value, e.g. due to the nature of the item as a collector's item, etc., are not compensated.

  • Glass, porcelain, mirrors and the like must be wrapped securely to be covered by the insurance.

  • The insurance does not cover televisions that are not packed in the original packaging. We of course strive to be as careful as possible.

  • The customer is obliged to inform K2 Moving Company in writing that the task involves particularly valuable items or items weighing over 100 kg.

  • If the customer wants to complain or claim compensation, this must be done in writing by email to info@k2-flyt.dk , as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours after the end of the move, as otherwise we have no chance of determining whether the damage occurred while the things were in our hands, or whether the damage occurred after the customer has begun moving and furnishing the home.

  • K2 Moving Company is entitled to inspect the item(s) covered by the complaint or claim for compensation before making a decision to acknowledge the customer's claim.

  • When K2 Moving Company has paid the full compensation amount for goods and objects, ownership of the objects in question is fully transferred to K2 Moving Company.

  • K2 Moving Business covers up to a maximum of DKK 100,000.

  • A deposit of DKK 30 is taken per borrowed moving box. The money is returned when the moving box is returned in good condition.

  • When storing at K2 Moving Company's warehouse, you are always insured against fire, water damage and burglary where a locked building has been broken into.

  • Cancellation of a move must be made no later than 7 days before the agreed arrival at the customer's address.

  • In the event of cancellation or cancellations between 2 and 7 days before the agreed arrival at the customer's address, 15% of the full price of the move will be charged.

  • In the event of cancellation or cancellations within 48 hours before the agreed arrival at the customer's address, 40% of the full price of the move will be charged.

  • K2 Moving Company charges payment upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
